Jeffke, even checken of ik het goed begrijp. Kan ik hiermee 8 RS232 apparaten verbinden en via ethernet benaderen? Zo ja, zijn de drivers geschikt voor windows en/of Linux?

In the past I have worked with AutoIt to automate some tasks in windows http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/index.shtml.
You could make a script with it and then let the script run at times by using windows Task scheduler. Hope this can help you.

heb je iets meer info over: - netaansluiting (voltage, verbruik, adapter?), aantal characters per regel, formaat lichtkrant, dots per character matrix. Of misschien zelfs gewoon een linkje naar de fabrikant?

Then I would definitely contact Plugwise about this because I believe that they do want this to work. If you fill in an imaginary discount code you explicitly get a message that it is not valid. Maybe this is a bug introduced when they changed the site. Good luck with that.
