I bought 2 new Max thermostats and a Max Cube. I had 3 thermostats that work with window contacts, but I can not connect the old thermostats for Max Cube. The new one, no problems. What could be wrong ..?

you should perform "Teach-out/Reset" for thermostats & contacts, later you need to "teach-in" with a cube
