Tomorrow the indiegogo Campaign for this very nice looking thermostat will start. Seems interesting and for a nice price as well ($150 - $200 dollar). It connects through wifi and (Zigbee -Z-wave.
More on their website: http://zenthermostat.com/ and as of tomorrow on https://www.indiegogo.com/ Any comment on this Thermostat? They say it can work with any Smart Home system. Might be interesting if it works with Homeseer as well. Is there a way to control a thermostat trough wifi with Homeseer?
Consider to buy one when the Indiegoo Campaign starts, but want to be sure it is worth the money and is flexible enough to use without any cloud or web-based service.

The Zen Thermostat project is now live on Indiegogo! For "early birds" its still possible ordering one Zen for only $99 dollar with worldwide delivery. When these are gone the price will be $150. So I ordered one to find out if it's interesting to use. https://www.indiegogo.com/

It looks good. But misses opentherm so when I change my kettle for a newer one I don't have the advantage of opentherm.

your right and today I learned from them that they are even not producing a version for the European market on short notice. So no use for now I cancelled my order. Also since my kettle is one with opentherm already. Daalderop Comfort Classic.
