PowerMax+ and USR-TCP232-E2

Hi

I've connected the USR-TCP232 to my Powermax panel and i'm getting power and everything is up and running.
When I open telnet to the panel i get some weird responses :

PM TX to USR RX
PM RX to USR TX
Baud 9600
Parity none
data 8
stop 1

What am I doing wrong
