Re: Visonic Powermax Interface (Windows) application

I wanted to know, is it possible to access it through PC remote access software? Because I may use it for the property on the Costa Blanca there I'm planning to buy for the holidays, and would like to be able to access it not only from my house, but, if possible, from abroad if I'm on a professional...

Re: Uboot - set your own password

Thanks for the heads-up, I didn't know about that... I'll take care of that on my Raspberry Pi build.

Re: Waterusage

Hi Marcelr, have you had any progress in that project? I had to delay a little bit my home automation project for financial reasons, so I still have time to learn the theory

Re: Waterusage

Do you think it can be homebrewed, or would it better to leave the software untouched and wait for the pros to do something about it?

Re: Toon app: Home Assistant controller

I've ran into the same issue as rbak... I've been running it on a Raspberry Pi so far, but I'm lost with the Android app. I'm not sure what you mean by this, you are running Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi, that's ok, me too :) And what Android app, the app I can try to help you with is the Toon a...

Re: OT monitor installation Windows 10

I swear, every single piece of software out there has issues with Windows 10... the only ones that haven't are the ones which were engineered under/for Win10 or that were fixed fast enough by the developers so that the users wouldn't notice  if you do want to keep that OS, then check the versio...

Re: Hardware requirement

If your Toon is newer (with unknown password) you need the * Rasberry PI * with a few female-female dupont cables. You won't need the USB converter anymore as the Pi has an onboard 3.3v serial port. That's what I'm running Domotica on, and it does work fine; I had to do research on which cables I s...

Re: Toon App: heatRecovery

I can confirm that the Opentherm option works as well, that's what I've been using so far and am still to notice issues.
