PLC 0-10v led driver not getting 0v

PLC : MDuino 42+ (isolated 0-10v analog output) Led driver : Mean Well PWM-120-24 (dimming 0-10v) Output PLC measures 0 to 10v perfectly when driver is not connected. But when connected the 0v is never reached, instead I measure 0.6v, and the ledstrip does not dim completely. Anybody any ideas what'...
