Interference from plasma TV and receiver
I have/had the thing, solution for me was to use 2 FM10 modules in serie. So Plug one FM10 into the other and hook up all your recievers etc to the 2xFM10 and into the wall socket. My LCD, Reciever, HTPC and Wii are setup like this. I have the PMIX35 in the socket next to it and it recieves almost a...

Command examples CTX35 / DAIX12
I don't think the 'true preset' dimming is possible. True preset as in, The light is off -> send 50% preset (light stays off) -> switch on locally and it will come up on 50%. Preset with the xanura and marmitec modules is: It will come upto this 'preset' value no matter what the previous setting. So...

That's the problem, this measurement was done from the fusebox ('meterkast', srry)
The only way forward I see is to install an SFX40 and see what that does. The data does not support it will do anything significant, but it's worth a try and relatively cheap.

So is this network 'performance' unusual? I can't imagine that everybody had a 100% functioning network to start with right?

PMIX35 48 hour logging
In a previous test I polled every 30 seconds, so now I doubled it. Still, I will try a new test every 5 minutes and see what that does, thnx.

PMIX35 48 hour logging
I've been having problems with my install for some time now, but I could not put my finger on the actual problem. With the PMIX35 I hoped to spot the problem. What I did: run a 48 hour test from my 'meterkast' and poll status requests every 60 seconds to either end of the network. In my case, two mo...

powering up PC remotely
Simplest: Setup a SSH server in your LAN, forward through your router. Then: Login, "/usr/sbin/wol -i 192.168.1.255 AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF" (You can do SSH in Linux, but also with Cygwin for Windows) More challenging, but with webaccess: Do it like this guy did: "Hmmm ok, wel...

Impuls switch+ dimmer: Advice needed
For future generations, let me reply to my own questions, now I am somewhat 'the wiser' ;-) The x number of halogen lights were in serie, so in effect this is just one light and the central lamp is another, adding up to two. Take note that most dimming micromodules only go upto 250W, and officially ...

Lights wont go on
I have the exact same situation as Surfer when I recently installed 4 DAIX12's and a SAIX12. Sometimes everything is working fine, then all of a sudden I can't get a signal through.
I can't get a PUX easily, maybe a PMIX35 in a month. What are the biggest X10 signal killers?

Wierd Install Problems
I just installed 4 DAIX12's and 1 SAIX12. I used the standard (4in1) remote and the TM13 for programming them. Problem: Local switching works perfectly, except switching with the remote does not work most of the time. When it does work, it only works one time and just for one module. At first, durin...
