Oeps. With daylight I see the light brown was actually yellow... I had put in 330k. After correcting it the delay symmetry is fixed:

OK1A high-to-low: 19us

The diodes and zeners are in the correct position and orientation as well.

Closer inspection on the bit level reveal this is more likely a missed bit. The 0xAA and 0x80 are one bit different from 0x55 and 0x00.

I am also successfully monitoring the RF traffic using the HoneyComm project on github and and RFBee+UartSBee. Very nice.
