Re: Toon as a domotica controller?

Still trying to get in ... Just hooked up the TxD terminal of a FTDI 3.3V USB-serial converter to pin 11. Works, at least with minicom. Summarizing, the serial port of Toon is located on the 14-pin header as follows: pin 11: RxD (connects to TxD of the connecting serial port) pin 13: TxD (connects t...

Toon as a domotica controller?

A few weeks ago I bought an Eneco Toon thermostat from http://www.marktplaats.nl . I'm not a client of Eneco, nor do I intend to become one in the near future. One of the threads at this forum raised my interest. The toon is a an ARM926-based linux box with a touchscreen, z-wave interface, opentherm...

Re: ontwerp zoals plugwise, maar via wifi

nadelen:
- Wifi netwerk wordt erg druk
It's only a trickling flow of data. I log my smart meter, PV rig and solar heater every 10 seconds since a few months. Data rate is less than 200 bytes/second. Haven't detected any network delays yet ...

Re: Reading the Kamstrup, type 162 NTA en 328 J NTA form Enexis

Same here, I told them I would like to see decimals, and not have the Kamstrup. I'm not sure what the problem with those decimals is, I built a simple logger (in plain old K+R C) including a time integrator for the power and calculate the decimals for my Kamstrup, well technically, Endinet's. Reado...

Re: ir-receiver

Don't know what the problem is, but I am using a simple IR receiver-transmitter to operate my bluray player through the TV (no, don't ask ..) http://iguanaworks.net/products/usb-ir-transceiver cheap, and after ordering I received it within days. Support: windows, linux. Using lirc it can be programm...

Re: Iskra MT372 Communication settings

Hmm ..

The P1 port just spits out whatever the manufacturer has told it to do.
So, if you don't have gas, tough luck, I'm afraid.

Re: [Animo Check] Smart metering readout hardware (P1 port)

Count me in.

I have working hardware, (ethernet), just the code needs to be built (The packet parsing, not the acquisition).
Communication and timing has been programmed in plain old K+R C, works on a linux box.

Re: Iskra MT372 Communication settings

Is it possible that enexis blocked my meter?
Highly unlikely. Enexis are obliged to give you access to your meter, by law.

300baud is very slow. The P1 companion standard (v2.2 or thereabouts) states the baudrate should be 9600, data/parity/stop: 7E1.

Re: Reading the Kamstrup, type 162 NTA en 328 J NTA form Enexis

Hi all, I am new to this forum, bumped into it looking for software for parsing P1-packets coming from a Kamstrup 382J-NTA meter (from Endinet, but it's the same machine anyway). I access my meter over ethernet, so far I've built a small interface to connect the meter to my LAN. In case you are inte...
