I just want to test domotiga, The fist test with 12.04 LTS was not very good. Ubuntu 10.04LTS i386 runs ok, i followed the domotiga wiki, what i did not exactly read the fist time is that mysql is installed in the gamba wiki page It run ok now, de HDDtemp monitor is running. I have yesterday tested it and i rubs like captain slow. I wil first try to install Ubuntu 10.04LTS i386 also on the P4 . the 12.04 LTS does also not run very wel. I don't know if there are "better" linux os for old pc's. I want only to run domoriga as a start. Until now i have only good w...

Iám new in the wolrd of domotica Questions I have 2 compaq pc's 1 P3 866 MHz and 1 p4 1,5 GHz both with 768 mB ram , 40 GB disk. The p3 866 takes about 21 watts. Is this p3 good for Domotiga ?
