Re: Connect an Opentherm Gateway to a Raspberry Pi
This is working, thank you.
The program is working, but when I want to connect (Interface) None of the 4 Serial ports (/dev/ttyS0 -/dev/ttyS3) is working ?
Do I have to set something else ?

Re: Opentherm Gateway 4.0 alpha/beta testers wanted
I'm testing my new OTG, first I installed the 'normal' firmware. Everything seems to work normal. (I see log, I see graph ....) Because I did not see the Return Water Temp, I tried the 4.06 firmware. After the program, it's not working correctly  (I did a power down/up) 1) The thermostaat show...

Re: Problem setting up new OTG
Found the problem, my USB driver was not working.
After installing the prolific pl-2303x usb-to-serial usb driver, everything was working.

Re: Problem setting up new OTG
Sorry for the late reaction, was not at home.
The thermostaat is happy, no errors on the display.
What do you mean with "Wrong serial port", I use the USB version. Do I need something to install to support the USB connector ? Because OTmonitor is speaking about COM-port.

Problem setting up new OTG
Hello, I installed today my OTG (USB version). When I start the OTmonitor, nothing happens. The Connection is green (Options -> Interface -> Com1). But nothing happens, (no errors:01-04) I have a Daalderop Combipact 24/33 and a Honeywell Chronotherm Vision Modulation thermostaat (TH8110M1003) Can so...

Re: Greenwave PowerNode (Nuon Smartplug 6) no updates
Can you share the script ? Or is it integrated in HomeSeer ? I did some search (google) to find that sort of scripts (or JSON url) but cannot find anything Found it :D The command is : IpAddressRP:8083/ZWaveAPI/Run/devices[X].instances[Y].Meter.Get() Where X= device number Y : 0 All plugs together ...

Greenwave PowerNode (Nuon Smartplug 6) no updates
Hi all, I bought an Nuon Smartplug 6 (=Greenwave). This I can monitor with my Razberry Z-wave solution. I can see all data (Sensor+Meter) and control each node (switch). BUT. the data is not updating. I have to push the Update button in the z-wave UI myself ??? Is there any setup which will force to...

Re: Connect an Opentherm Gateway to a Raspberry Pi

Your solution is to use an RS232 to USB converter. But what when I order the USB version of the OTgw?
Does that version do not have the voltage problems ? IOW, can I directly connect the USB version to the Rpi ?

Re: Connect an Opentherm Gateway to a Raspberry Pi
Before you connect the OTGW to a RPi, remember that the GPIO is not 5V tolerant, it's 3.3V Maybe it's simpler to use a RS232 > USB thingy to connect it, or Ethernet-enable the OTGW by losing the MAX232 and use a TTL to Ethernet converter, I did that once. Or a TTL to Wifi... whatever suits you best...
