Did you (or perhaps somebody else) ever consider porting the assembly code of the gateway to c or c++?
My aim would be to integrate the gateway functionality with the thermostat functions including the controlalgoritm in one processor (esp8266)... do you consider that as feasable?

Is there an hardware- and OT-specification available of the Smart Power function?
My goal would be to feed the OTG (and an additional uP) via OT. Perhaps it is possible to use a down-chopper to convert a part of the available OT-current to 5 Volt?

Thanks for your reply. My aim/expectation was to import the time series from the datafile directly into Excell , your suggestion using the log is OK, but requires futher processing. No problem...

having some difficulty understandig the exact working of OTMONITOR, i.e. the logging features. I would like to study the data file, but the textfile otdata.txt contains only the latest record; Old data is constantly overwritten....
