Did you (or perhaps somebody else) ever consider porting the assembly code of the gateway to c or c++?
My aim would be to integrate the gateway functionality with the thermostat functions including the controlalgoritm in one processor (esp8266)... do you consider that as feasable?

Hi there,
Is there an hardware- and OT-specification available of the Smart Power function?
My goal would be to feed the OTG (and an additional uP) via OT. Perhaps it is possible to use a down-chopper to convert a part of the available OT-current to 5 Volt?

Thanks for your reply. My aim/expectation was to import the time series from the datafile directly into Excell , your suggestion using the log is OK, but requires futher processing. No problem...
