Fine Offset weatherstation support

Hi, Do you know how to get support for the Fine Offset 1081 weather station sensors via Rfxcom. My Rfxtrx433 appears to be picking up a couple of transmits. The first it picks up at TH9 Device #1, described as a Viking 02038, but the values bear no resemblance to anything the weather station control...
