RFXCOM Visonic receiver

The 32 bit mode has been changed in the RFXCOM Visonic receiver so that it is 100% compatible with the W800 and W800RF / W800RF32.
The changes made are: The 2nd address byte is a half complement of the 1st byte and each packet is repeated 3 times.
This receiver has been tested with the standard W800 interfaces in Homeseer, Girder and Misterhouse. Other Home Automation software using a W800 software interface for the receiving of X10 security devices will now also accept the RFXCOM USB Visonic receiver.
The RFXCOM USB X10 receiver was already 100% compatible.
