I want to replace my "Remote Control" remote with an RaspberryPI or similar but i`m not shure which way to go

I succeeded to learn some of the command`s on my Logitech Harmony 525 stop / fanspeed 1 / fanspeed 2 / fanspeed 3 are working however dimmer and on/off are not working.
Running HS3PRO on PC with Z-Wave / OpenTherm / Plugwise / RFXcom / MQTT / XAP400 / Logitech Media Server and Squeezelite on PI`s
