I've got a KNX IP Router 750 for my home automation system.
Can i use this together with the Domotiga system?

If you can get it to work with eibd, it works with DomotiGa too is my first thought.

It's looks like it is supported, you just have to find out which eibd command parameters you have to supply I think.
