When I realized that only 1 LED is working I simply adjusted Room temperature +2 degrees, waited until boiler started to heat, then checked status page a saw Flame = ON and LED A was OFF.
I was testing Monitor and Gateway mode with QAA73 so it's possible that device was in Gateway mode. I missed info that LEDs are working only in Monitor mode, I'm sorry for creating chaos here.
As my OTGW is built with jack connector for DS18B20 probe I've set up GPIO A=VCC, GPIO B=Temp Sensor to have it configured and working immediately I'll plug probe in.
I did not see this as a problem.
