Override max CH temperature

Hi,

I have recently got started with OTGW with Honeywell Evohome and an Ideal Vogue c32 gen2 boiler. The reason for investigating OTGW was to try to set the maximum flow temperature of the boiler.

By default when using opentherm with the Ideal boiler the central heating flow temperature is set to 80 celsius, I was hoping to be able to change that.

When I use the configure>heater menu to set max CH setpoint it seems to be immediately overwritten.

Is anyone able to suggest a way that I can limit my flow temperature?

Many Thanks

Here is a section of my log file which I think covers it (I tried to set the max temperature to 58):

Unfortunately your very short piece of logs shows not much relevant to the max CH temperature setting. You included the DHW setpoint message (msgID 56), but that's something different than the max CH setpoint (MsgID 57). Also, the value of MsgID 6 (Remote parameter flags) is relevant. If the boiler indicates that it doesn't support updates of the max CH setpoint via Opentherm (LB1), the OTGW will not attempt to write MsgID 57.
