OTMONITOR not running on Debian anymore

Post by vdakkerw »

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest (4.4.1) version of otmonitor.
However after starting it on Debian Testing I get the error:
"version conflict for package "dbus": have 3.0, need 2.1"
The previous version was running ok.

Is it possible to make otmonitor work with dbus3? Downscaling
to dbus2.1 is not so easy as it sounds. Debian wont support
downgrading to lower dbus version as it is integrated in the core
system.

Or did I miss something?

No, I missed something. I just noticed this issue myself. I'm working on generating new binaries.
