Oke,,GertK wrote:I did some testing with openHAB. The framework works nice. The experiences with the bindings for my devices are mixed.
1. RFXCOM works as specified.
Using a RFXtrx433, my Kaku switches, Oregon THGR228N sensors and La Crosse TX17 thermometers are working as expected. Not everything which is supported by RFXCOM is supported by the openHAB binding. Look at the Wiki to find out.See https://code.google.com/p/openhab/wiki/Bindings
2. Plugwise still buggy.
The plugwise binding communicates with the switch, without the Plugwise Source software. The plugwise circles can be switched, but do not report power consumption. The logfile shows protocol errors for all circles. There is only support for the Stick, Circle+ and Circle. Not for Smile-P1, Stretch, Switch or Scan.
3. ZWave implentation still incomplete.
Only a few command classes are supported at the moment. For me it means that only one of the 5 devices work with openHAB. The dual switch from fibaro works fine.
