good evening
Has someone take a look in the thermostat section.
for a possibility to turn on or off self-learning.
i do not need the self learning and would prefer only on or off at the selected time.

Modulating CV = At say (Programmable by default) 6:00 o'clock it needs to be 21.5 degrees. So the CV start heating before so that it's 21.5 at 6:00
Non-modulating / Non-Opentherm mode. (On-Off in the settings screen, It's under Heating (Verwarming)
At say (Programmable by default) 6:00 o'clock the CV starts heating untill 21.5 is reached. Then turns off. So it's not 21.5 at 6:00 0'çlock but later.
Is that what you mean?

yes, heating starts at the programmed time and not 1 hour or less before ( Honeywell chronotherm4 does has that possibsibillity)

If i understand the question it has nothing to do with the way the boiler gets its commands (on/off or modulation)
Some people want the heating to start at say 9:00 (the time that the room meets the required temp is unknown) other people want the heating reach the required temp at 9:00 (with an unkown start time)
I really wouldn't know why anyone would want the first scenario?! But anyhow, i don't know of any settings/changed one could do to achieve this.

The thermostat configuration has a parameter that sets maximum warm-up time. It's set to 180 minutes, IIRC. Possibly, you can set that to a much lower value to prevent toon from starting to heat early.

isiepel; the themostat can also used for elektric floor heatin or a pellet stove, ect. then you do not need zelflerend and modulation.
marcelr: thanks this is the solution. i only need a max 15 min. can you tell me where the parameters are located. I looked at it but could not find it.
thank You

It's in the project file:
/HCBv2/config/hcb_project.xml
or
/qmf/etc/qmf_project.xml
depending on your firmware version.
look for
<maxPreheatTime>180</maxPreheatTime>
(it's in minutes, IIRC). I guess that you can just change this according to your needs, and restart.
Haven't tested it myself ...

you can find the setting here since a few releases: /HCBv2/etc/qmf_release.xml
