How to remove the tab on the left to control lights switches

Post by Jasper »

Hi,

I don't use the tab on the left to control switches and lights so I'd like remove it from the screen.

I've been searching through the settings though I can't find it.

Any help please,

Do you have something like smart plugs or a philips hue bridge connected to Toon?

Just checked, 2 unavailable devices. Probably the repeaters I used before because the meter adapter didn't have a powerful signal and got replaced later on.

They won't remove

I tried to remove them but you need to press the button three times. Problem is that they are now part of the zwave home assistant system.

Can they be removed by ssh or editing a file through ftp?

Reapeters dont give you a tab on the left. You can remove them:

Menu >> instellingen >> Energiemeting >> tab on the potlood after Repeaters >> Tab Geavanceerd >> Tab Verwijderen after Reapeters.
This will delete all you Repeaters in Toon.

Tab on the left will only show when you connect a smart plug or Philips hue bridge.. I think you use you're Reapeters like a smart plug and connect them to Toon.

They are smart plugs, though the eneco mechanic installed them for repeating the signal.

I will try again tomorrow, today I needed to press the pairing button though that's not possible because they aren't used any more by toon.

Thanks, repeater is gone now.
The trash can behind the smart switch still wants me to press the button three times, so that's not possible.

I will disconnect the smart plug from Home assistant and then try to remove it from Toon

Ahh, solved.

When you don't press the button and just wait for the rotation to end it gives you the remove option.

Now that button on the left is gone, exactly like I wanted

Thank you very much
