ok, will wait on the new app

just checked the anwb json feed but the actual speed radar info is not included (although the JSON file suggests it would).
Anyway, the app is working fine again on a Toon 2, need to polish it a bit and do tests on a toon 1 for performance and layout.
This new release will become available in the ToonStore in the near future.

I am quick but not that quick.
Again: you get this message because I blocked installation of the old app via the ToonStore on all firmwares because it absolutely doesn't make sense to install it as it will not receive any traffic data.
The new version of the app is currently being developed, as you can read in my post above yours: "When the new app is completed it will be available through the ToonStore again"
Please forget about version 1.0.9, it is obsolete.

I will post it here when the new app is available, as usual it will get a higher version number.

Hi all,

the brand new version 2.0.0 is available in the ToonStore.
It uses the new json feed from anwb.nl.
Only available for firmware version 5.x.x

Changelog 2.0.0:
- changed the source from xml.fileindex.nl to the anwb.nl json feed
- user settings (road filter) are now stored in the persistent /mnt/data/tsc folder
- this update will only be available on firmware 5 Toons

Hi Toonz,
great that the trafic info app is working again, I only have a small question, in the early version I had in the road filter only A13 and A20 and when there was no traffic jam the tile was empty, now I see all the other roads also, even with filter on or off.

Is there something I can do about this ?

No, it's a bug, will fix it in the next release

I've moved your post to the corresponding "Verkeersinformatie" topic.

the error message is a bit misleading maybe. Point is that the app could not retrieve the latest traffic data. It can be because of a local WiFi/internet issue or an issue with at the data provider. Anyway, should resolve automatically when the underlying issues has been resolved.
