I'm not sure what you mean. On the configuration screen the pre-shared key is already shown as ******:

I think its better for safety AND just because its nice ;-)
If you mean that it is readable from scanning the QR code, that is not possible to hide. The QR code is just a conviant way to tell a phone the wifi SSID and the password. Not possible for encryption or such.

Oeps..sorry. i think thats on the side of the QR app builders..youre right ;-)

I meant that the QR app shows the credentials

There's no way around this. For the phone to be able to connect to the WiFi network, the QR code needs to contain the password in a readable form. Of course you could set your pre-shared key to ******** :twisted:
