Help Needed: Toon Unresponsive After Power Outage During Rooting

Dear gentlemen of the forum,

While rooting the Toon, a power outage occurred. As a result, the Toon is no longer accessible, and I suspect this happened during the rooting process, causing the process to abruptly stop. I have attempted to perform a recovery, but unfortunately, I cannot proceed beyond "Waiting for Toon to restart." Does anyone have a suggestion on how to resolve this, or is the Toon now rendered unusable?

I know that the solution for the Toon 2 would be a hard reset. But it seems that this option is not supported for the first version.
Do you have any other solutions perhaps?

You have two options: firmware restore with jtag or serial or buy another toon for just a couple of bucks.
