Meteradapter diconnected from Toon multiple times

Hi,

Is it possible "they" disconnect de meteradapter remotely?
Recently I had a couple of times a disconnected meteradapter, and had difficulty reconnecting it again.
The same happened to a friend of mine, also in the last few weeks.

Yesterday I connected a spare meteradapter to see if it happens again.
