Is the procedure for modification of the MS16A the same as for the MS14A?

I'm beginning to have this problem too. I'm wondering if the transmissions can be very roughly polarised by placing the wire antenna vertically or horizontally. If it makes a difference, I'd get another RFXCOM receiver and position its aerial accordingly.

I don't really think it will work though!
