Changing Membername to realname

No, I like JayBee fine.. But I did add a signature with my real name.
Problem with everybody changing name I don't know who is who anymore. For example: Noel. What was his nickname? He has over 1300 posts so I should know him but I don't...
Can we make a list?

Besides a list of nicks with corresponding real names, also a photo-book would be nice.
Accessible for logged in members only, of course...
Makes us the next meetings easier to find each other!

The problem would be solved if everybody that changed their nick would fill in their old nick as real name in the profile. The world upside down
