let's say 200-250 euros (i have to sum everything, but it's not yet finished, i must buy some iron-plates to make roof-chassis).
The lexan front face costs 70 euros (285x119 cm),
photovoltaic cell
alluminium
polycarbonate plates for other layers
silicon
screws
paint thermal resistant
fan
iron pipes
polyfoam isolation
glue

if i will find a professional solution for chassis, may be i will start a company that produces green-solar panel using recycled cans :D ...here employers must drink beer

Make sure that you make a nice howto for us when done making your 1st prototype :-)
I will see my aluminium friend tomorrow and ask him about the case.

Evolution : this panel was born for this reason : low down the moisture , increase rooms temp. by using hot hair, this will be done obviuosly during winter.
On summer ? i should stop everything to not burn like a Mc-potato !, but, here comes the idea , why don't use this great power for hot water?
So i'm preparing a box with an internal heat exachanger , like the image ,so the water flowing inside should be heated by air . The system will be pipe-connected to a boiler , and then to the main pipe home system

Great idea!

One small question for now about the main unit. Did you also make the small cuts in the "can's" to create the rotation of air?

yes , i did a cross cut in the bottom : 4 quaters --> 1 quarter UP , 2 quarted DOWN , 3 quarter UP , 4 quarter DOWN. Do you have some News about chassis ?

You can combine this vent system with a solarpanel. by just placing the cans behind the solar panel.( A water filled system is even better)

A solar panel can become rather hot in the full sun and that will reduce it's efficenty. So by transporting the generated heat away you cool the solar panel, raise the efficienty and get additional heat.

A water solar panel involves a stronger structure that by DIY is not possible. When chassis will be more performant i could try that.
