[1-Wire] Wheaterproof (water) 1-wire sensor

Post by raymonvdm »

I have an Fibaro universal module with 4 x 1-Wire temp sensor support. I currently have on sensor attached

I would like to add 3 more sensors

- 1 sensor for the refrigirator ( I wan`t to slide it in to the "Defrost water output on the back of the unit)
- 1 sensor for the freezer (I think it also has a defrost output)
- 1 sensor for the outside of the house (external temp sensor)
- 1 sensor for the inside of the room (normal sensor already connected)

I would like to know if these are compatibel

I`m thinking of using something like this to hook them op to the universal module

Well, they are 1-wire sensors, so they should be supported on the Fibaro. You may just need to fiddle a bit getting the correct wires (GND,5V,Data) into the Fibaro module, but the documentation should help with that. They look actually quite neat...
