Script to read date from RFID scanner

I have assembeld an RFID scanner to use on my CatFlap (just to check chip status)

I now would like to have a plugin which supports this device, How can i make this or even better can some make this for me and recieve my everlasting gratitude

The script only needs to connect to comport (or telnet) and on each change of line there wil be an new rfid passing the scanner
