Otmonitor on Next Thing C.H.I.P.

Post by mvdp »

Hi,

I finished soldering and installing my opentherm gateway last Saturday to an iSense thermostat and an Itho Daalderop
base Cube central heater. All workeded well without hassle.
I am using a Next Thing CHIP to run otmonitor-ahf (which was originally for the Raspbery Pi) in daemon mode.
The only thing I had to do which was not documented was to make a softlink for the loader interpreter /lib/ld-linux.so.3 (see "file otmonitor-ahf") to the existing /lib/ld-linux-armhf.so.3.
After this was done otmonitor was running OK.

All bij all very impressed by the qualitiy of the hardware design, docs and the otmonitor.
Big thanks to Schelte and others who made Opentherm Gateway happen.
