Hi,
At my gate I have an analog Siedle Vario intercom system which I want to change. To an IP-based video-intercom system.
But I want to use the existing Siedle wiring (10-12 wire ´bus´ system) instead of having to dig up the garden and put in CAT6 cabling.
So, are there any ´devices´ that are able to convert or transmit IP signals over such wiring? Total length of this wiring is around 25 meters
thanks in advance for any tips

analog cable to IP converters?
Re: analog cable to IP converters?
Do you have a picture of the wire? You can try to use the kabel as UTP (without the twist) maybe it just works due to the limited cable lengt?

2N has their 2Wire module system. It delivers IP and PoE over two wires. They also have a good intercom system. I've installed several IP Audio and Video Kits.
