Anyone has experience with the Visonic CLIP MCW ?

Hi Willem,
Yes, I have one and my intention was to use it in our master bedroom to project an IR-curtain above the bed to have a LED-bar switch on under the bed during nighttime for lighting the way to the bathroom.
My experiences up till now are not too positive: it's either not very sensitive (it does not seem to have the range/angles that are suggested by the manual) or it's just very slow. Currently, the lights switch on by the time one is almost near the bathroom...
For my application to work correctly I might need another one or two of these, but that seems to be overkill for what I'm trying to do here.

I believe it has two modes, have you tried both? Perhaps the delay is due to the slowness of the X10 protocol (I assume you use X10 for switching your lights)
