But now the JSON also works in Oostvoorne! (Using a custom component for Home Assistant, so I'm guessing this one will work as well).

Great job on using the HTML scraper though for areas where JSON doesn't work.
what company is collecting waste in Oostvoorne?
I am planning to release the next version of the app after the weekend so can include this as well
It's using MijnAfvalWijzer, so it already works. But before it only worked using HTML scraper and not JSON.
I even called this company (AddComm Direct) who made Afvalwijzer. They said it was forbidden for me to use the JSON because that was a paid option for companies
But every now and then I checked the JSON response and I saw last week it worked!

Version 4.22 is released in the ToonStore.
Changelog:
- The 'aan straat' status will not be reset anymore at midnight. This is fixed on the tile itself.

The same functionality has been applied to icons on the thermostat panel but that will be released separately via a new TCS resource file in the near future.

Kind regardz,

Toonz
This fix is now also included in the latest version of the resource files (1.5.2) in which the 'aan straat' icon in the thermostat panel is not been reset anymore at midnight

Hi all,

a new version 4.24. is released in ToonStore.
Changelog:
- for provider 12 (rmn.nl) you now must enter the ical number for automatic retrieval in the settings screen.
no need anymore for wget and cron jobs. If you used this in the past for this provider you can remove the cron job.

How to get your ical number:
- go to rmn.nl
- click "Bekijk uw maand- of jaarkalender na het invullen van uw postcode en huisnummer"
- enter postcode/ housenr
- click in the middle "naar maand en jaarkalender"
- click "ZET INZAMELDATA IN AGENDA"
- under "Synchroniseren" you will find the URL to your calendar, example: https://inzamelschema.rmn.nl/ical/0356200000017328
- enter the number (0356200000017328 in this case) in the waste settings screen on Toon after "https://inzamelschema.rmn.nl/ical/"
- press "Opslaan"on Toon and voila

Great job, going to change it direct :)

I removed the crontab. The rule to open port 443 in iptables is still needed?

Don't think you need that rule for this

Hi all,

I have published a new release in the ToonStore (4.25).

Changelog:
- user settings are now stored in the persistent folder /mnt/data/tsc, preparing for exciting future stuff

You will see this change coming for all apps which store user data
This release doesn't contain any other new functionality.

since this last update Toon doesn't show any icons anymore on the dates related to waste pickups.
Any one else also this problem?
When going to config everything looks fine and calender is boeing collected with the correct dates of the pickups.

I assume you mean the waste icon on the Thermostaat panel?

Can you look at the 'Instellingen' page of the afvalwijzer app and check the switch 'Afvalicon tonen in thermostaat panel'?
I guess it is switched off at the moment.
Could be because you came from an older release which didn't have this switch yet.

those changes don't have immediately effect. The thermostat panel is updated only once per day at the scheduled time (default at 18.01).
After a gui restart the Thermostaat panel icon only start showing after 5 or 6 minutes or so

I think I have found the issue...
In the file "WastecollectionApp.qml" I see that "Afvalverwerker" for Toon2 only is 17 and for Toon1 only is 28.
Adjusted this in "instellingen".

Good catch..... thinking about it, for rd4info.nl users I can detect in the app which type of Toon is being used and could make this change automatically. On the to-do list now...… (not the highest priority)
