Thanks again Schelte. Yes, sorry, the OTGW was not exactly dead, but had experienced more than 1000 errors and stopped working. I could not start the upgrade process again.
I do have the USB only, but I am not entirely sure about the Domoticz connection. I will make 100% sure from now on that I only communicate with the OTGW through OTMonitor.
In the meantime, Nodo-shop (Remco) did what they promised and I now have a working OTGW loaded with firmware 5.1.
Thanks for referring me to the readme file; I should have done that first myself.
