That would be good News for sure!
I have a opentherm Nefit HRC24 with an advanced thermostat, also Nefit is known that they use a slightly different opentherm protocol :-(
Where did you buy the Remeha Gateway, thinking about trying it out, even if I have to buy a Remeha Celcia 20
<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
I bought it at Tegro in Tilburg. I think it cost me about 120 Euro. Be sure to order the version without modem becuase that one is about 50 Euro more expensive and (hayes compatible) modem is not very usefull.

The Celcia 20 shouldn't cost you more than 40 Euro, but there is one on Marktplaats:

Sorry for the typo, that is: <b>1</b>40 Euro. (http://www.ketelsprinter.nl/index.html? ... t=d12.html)

The Gateway S58786 can be bought here:

By the way: The Bosch TF30 and the Itho IDK 300 are probably OEM versions of the Celcia 20. I am not aware of any AWB OEM versions, but they may very well be available.

Having a collective heating source can be compared to having a boiler in outside-temperature-controlled mode: Warm water is 'always' available and if a room needs heating, it's just a matter of opening the valve.

You could consider using Honeywell HR80 valves, which can be set (and read out) remotely through RF, but they are quite expensive: 130 Euro each, not including the actual valve. Though they can be found on eBay for half that price if you buy 5.

I have heard ELV also has a system, but I don't know much about it. Google is your friend here. And there's also still the (butt-ugly) Conrad system.

I know the picbasic construction, it sure is an option for me because I really think the Remaha solution will probably not work on the Nefit HVAC. I want to control my heating system by computer and by manual control. Is it possible to put more then 1 thermostat on the Hvac system. So a simple one controlling with a pic and an advanced one (full opentherm) no pic in the livingroom.

Hi Rebel,

We know far more about the protocol then is strictly required to just change the setpoint and read out the current temperature. Most of it can be found here:
http://www.nerdclub.nl/remeha_gateway/index.html
My apologies for the crappy make-up: Coding HTML isn't exactly a hobby of mine. For questions you can send me a PM.

I already made up my mind regarding a new HVAC some time ago:

Now it's only a matter of buying and installing it[:D]

Marcel (mhwlng, see previous discussion in this topic) has released a Girder plugin for the Remeha Gateway:
http://www.promixis.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18432
http://home.claranet.nl/users/mhwlng/

The code can be found here:
http://home.vianetworks.nl/users/mhwlng/remeha.lua

This and the info from Mindbender could be a nice startingpoint for a Homeseer plugin. Unfortunately I'm not experienced with Homeseer plugin development and have no Remeha Gateway (yet ..).
