RaZberry trick to export device state changes

Hi, not so many posts by me here, huh?
Well, here's one that might be useful for RaZberry users that like to do more with the device values of their ZWave hardware.
I have one of those good-looking Fibaro motion sensors since a week or so, so I started using my RaZberry again to see if I could get the motion/temp/etc. info out of the RaZberry into my own system, cause this new sensor is too nice to end up on a shelf. Starting off with a simple motion sensor I managed to communicate the state changes to my own HA system. Here's the complete story:
