USB to Serial Converters

I`m using several USB to Serial converters to connect my RS232 equipment to my HomeSeer system. These modules cost around 20 euro a piece. Today i found this device, are there any other users?

We have used these to connect a bunch of incubators to a single controlling PC in the labs at work:
