Buva Boxstream 0-10v control

Hi,
I talked to the people from Buva and they told me that I could control my Buva Boxstream using a 0-10v input (0=off, 10=full power). If you open the box there is also a 15 output on the device. I'm looking for a solution with a 0-10v output. I have a z-wave network, so that would be my preferred solution, but an arduino/rpi, might also work. I have been looking around but I only found a fibaro with a 0-10v input and I couldn't find any arduino shields.
Any suggestions?
