Globalstatehome in HCL

I'm using a Fibaro Home Center Lite. The Lite doesn't support LUA.
I want to make a small scene that switches on some lights when it get dark AND when I'm out of the house.
It seems simpel. I made the scene. I made tha variable 'Globalstatehome' with 'Home' and 'Away'. Then I thought I could make a virtual device to switch between Home and Away.
But this doesn't seem to work without Lua.
Has anybody got a sollution for this?
