Just installed the ABUS doorlock with the remote control box. It all works fine. Now I want to control the lock with the PowerMax keyfob A and B key's.
It seems I can use the PWM output of the powermax to control/simulate a switch. But I can't find the details how the PWM output works.
I tried to measure it but there was not a clear signal, is it giving a 5 volt puls, is it an opencollector output? Anybody any idea?
If I use the PWM output for opening, I need to use the X10 command option for closing. I bought a Marmitek UM7206 and connected it. IT switches the doorlock fine.
Now I ran into trouble configuring:
First I have set (system menu 4) the option to use the PWM/X10 output
for KeyFob A and same option for Keyfob B
Then I go in the output menu (8) but I see no way to distinguish between A or B any more. When I assign a Keyfob to my X10 relay, it switches on both keyfob's.
It also seems to get an all lights / all units ON command because I hear it also click when I switch the alarm off.
Could anybody help me with the above?
Thanks!

@Bastiaan
I have the same components.
all is working fine here for long time.
i will check the config tomorrow and let you know.
For unlocking I'm using the lights on * key
Directly from Powermax Pro
lock is done via Homeseer
everyday at 22:00 or
ARM key of the Powermax -> RFXCOM receiver 868 -> Homeseer -> UM7206->Abus Keyfob

OK great to know your setup.
I want to use the keyfob to open the door completely when I drive in front of the house. (always a hassle to get off my big motorbike to unlock.)
Closing and locking could be done by homeseer or powermax when arming.
I didn't test if locking is set to 'home'/part armed, it will also lock on fully armed.
My powermax also switches on automatically, how did you connect the status of the Powermax to Homeseer? I can see the security device in RFXCOM but I guess the other signals have to come through X10?
Another point will be the need to make a LED on the door to show the status of the alarm and may be lock position.
Do you have the 'official' ABUS LED with it? if so is it of any use?

PowerMax will send the status via X10 to Homeseer.
I was also doing the Lock via X10 of Powermax...problem was I had to wait 45 seconds before the lock is on...
I trust X10..for 99%...To be 100% sure i had to wait always..
Now when the ARM signal is received in Homeseer the signal Lock will be send directly.
I don't have the Abus Led.
Did you modified the Abus keyfob or are you using the cable keyfob?

I am using the ABUS KM 300 I interface, which gives me rechargeable batteries and remote buttons. I found the ABUS keyfob reacting too slow. The PowerMax keyfob reacts much better.
If I am limited to controlling only one option through the powermax, I will use it to open the door and use Homeseer to lock the doors in night time or armed state.
The UM7206 will then be used to show the alarm state on the door.
May be an extra button on the outside for just locking only as a safety.

Thanks for your settings, they are exactly the ones I have now.
So my two problems remain:
1. How can I use the PWM output to control the door interface.
2. How to program the PowerMaxPro to react differently on the A and B keyfob buttons. One triggering the PWM output and one triggering a X10 signal to my UM7206

there was another option that you have to change first before the PGM will work..
Somewhere in the output settings
option where you have look for x-10/ PGM

OK made some progress. For others who want to do the same:
The PWM output seems an opencollector so you need to wire out 12v + the PWM. With those two you can control a small 12v relais and switch the ABUS door interface with it. (5V system)
Using the PWM is faster than X10 so I use it for the setting I use most: door-open. I control it with the "Alarm off" so when I want to get in I am sure the alarm is off too. It also works on the keyfob when the Alarm state is already off.
I am still fighting with the X10 output from the PowerMax because it sends more X10 commands than I want.
To be continued.......
