Looking for a camera

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a IP Camera that has:
1. Can tilt and pan
2. Mp4/ogg/WebM secure streaming (so I can integrate the stream on a html webpage without any extra plugins)
3. Wi-Fi
4. 2-way sound
It would be a nice to have Google assistant integration as well.
Do you know any device like this?
