How to setup a remote plugin

When HS3 came out I remember there was a 'guide' how to setup remote plugins. I have searched everywhere but can't find any clues. If someone could help me in Duth or English ?
Reason is that I moved my HS3 WIN to HS4 Linux and need to keep running some plugin on WIN, like my SIP plugin etc.
