Hello,

Sinds the last days I have the problem that I lose connection between the Toon and the "meetmodule".
I have been in contact with Eneco and I understood from them that this is a software issue from the Toon.
According them this will be solved in the next software update.

Is this a known issue for you and will this be solved indeed in the next update from this board?

We briefly check each official update, if found OK we "release" it to rooted Toon's by adding the version to a GitHub file.
Rooted Toon's check that GitHub file once a day. If a newer version is found, the Toon opens the connection to the update-server to download the update.
Then the update is installed and the Toon keeps it root automagically

to be honest, i don't.

Did you already "forget-and-reconnect" the meteradapter?

meteradapter connects to the Toon via Z-wave. Z-wave should not have interferance from Wifi or other Z-wave networks on the 868.42 MHz band.
Only DECT-phones can cause interferance.

I don't overdramatic when I say I have done this more then 10 times.
It worked well for months and sinds the last two weeks I have problems with this.
Could there be another solution for this?

Did you do the "Verwijderen" and "Herstellen" options under Advanced? other solution is to replace the meteradapter and give that a try.

Yes I did both bud without any success.
I will disconnect the module as I follow my energy consumption via a external website.

Did you eventually solve the problem. I still have issues with de Metermodule. After I get a confirmed connection on the Toon it loses the connection, distance only 50 cm.
What can cause this, and how to solve....
