Remeha Pressure sensor: interface

Hi,
I have a Remeha Tzerra Plus boiler, unfortunately it has a manometer instead of a pressure sensor. So it doesn't sent a Data-ID 18 value via openTherm. I am looking into the possibility to replace the Remeha Tzerra thermomanometer S101763 with a Remeha Calenta druksensor S100821.
Does anybody know how to read such sensors? Is it a known datainterface and -protocol?
EDIT: I checked some Honeywell pressure sensors and the used digital interface is I2C.
