Chak, Congratulations! Well done.
I am just at the beginning of my domotica career. Wrote a plan how I think my system would have to look like. Lots of information on this forum, at Bwired and the internet.
Ive chosen Homeseer as the central application. Xanura, RFXcom and Oregon sensors will complete the hardware for the first step.

But.Im really struggling with the selection of the most suitable remote control. It must be easy, otherwise the rest of the family wont use it, but also so complete as possible. I want to control X10, TV/Radio/MediaCenter, have information about the weather, traffic en latest News and information/control of the security system.

How do you use your PocketPC in combination with Homeseer? Can you show me some examples. Ive seen most of the combinations (Pronto, Netremote, Mainlobby) on the internet but find it hard to make a good choice.

Hopefully you can give me some suggestions.

Jos

At the top of Homeseer I'm using Rover for displaying the Homeseer info and controlling.
you can download Rover from Homeseer update page.

There are also some alternatives like Jon00 Homeseer 2 web page (Quick view)
I'm working on some custom pages for the PocketPC screen
http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=129297

The best control for Homeseer is Nokia N8XX + Jon00 control
see some screens shots (the Dutch screensshots are the one that i'm using on my Nokia N810)
