I tried to upgrade the OTGW firmware from version 5.1 to 5.2. First via OTmonitor but that failed. Then I tried it with ArdPicProgHost.exe and an Arduino. The first part looks Ok but at the last addresses (0F80) it fails and reports "Write error to device - Please erase device first!". See screenshot. But when I Erase the PIC first (as shown on the screenshot) I get the same error. What to do?

This seems to be a question about the particular PIC programmer you're using, rather than the OTGW itself. This forum is probably not the best place to get an answer to such questions. If you had asked about the upgrade via OTmonitor, that would have been more on topic. But by using the PIC programmer you have probably destroyed that option.
