How to display consumption data from a smart meter?

Hello.
I recently managed to root my eneco thanks to the instructions in this forum. So many thanks for that! And I since 1 week ago I also have a smart meter at home, so I started searching for an app that would tell me my daily consumption in a graph form. Example: slimmemeterportal.nl - This portal (like many other ones) works by giving them the EAN meter code.
I remember that when I had the old meter type, not the smart type, my Toon had cables connected to sensors that read the analog meter.
So my question is: is there an app I can install on Toon that will show me the daily consumption (similar to slimmer portal.nl)? I'm ok with the info always a day old (it would be amazing in "real time")
Also, since my boiler is controlled by a Tado smart thermostat device, is there there anything I can do to connect it to my rooted eneco Toon?
