Stuck in boot after overwriting via SFTP

I did something stupid. I wanted to change an SVG image in drawables-base.rcc. After I uploaded the file to /qmf/qml and restarted the TOON 1 I got stuck on the boot.
I made sure I kept an backup of the file and uploaded it but the TOON won't boot any further.
SSH and sftp are still available. Is there anything I can do to reset the TOON to factorysettings?
